"Romanced by the seductive sounds of the capricious British music scene of the mid 1990s, 4 young lads found solace in the words of Cocker, Cave, and Morrissey. In a sea of English complacency they found themselves being drawn in and directed by the music they adored. Whilst all of Big Sur hail from wind beaten coastal towns of England, they met in a run down slaughter house, carefully disguised as student halls. After 4 years of various line-ups and names, Big Sur emerged in its current incarnation."
