Formed in January 2002, The Favours are a four-piece female-fronted guitar/rock band who ahev earned comparisons to the Pixies, Sonic Youth, Nirvana, Garbage and PJ Harvey.

Armed with a first demo recorded by Brian O'Shaugnessy who has worked with the likes of Primal Scream and My Bloody Valentine, the band have recently gained national radio exposure on XFM and are now attracting serious interest from the UK music industry. Their first single, and split EP with International Karate Plus, is out now on Filthy Little Angels.
