SFA announce mad giggage. Win 12”s! Watch videos!
gdobson by Gareth Dobson September 16th, 2004
Super Furry Animals will be hosting a weekend of mind expanding pleasure at the start of October with a mini Furry festival followed by a presentation of their collected videos at the National Film Theatre the next day.

Lightning Fryday on October 1st will see band take over the Royal Festival Hall with a live performance, various activities and also host guest appearances by other acts in various parts of the site and the London South Bank area.

Saturday October 2nd gives the band a chance to present and discuss their music videos on one of London's biggest screens and in surround sound - a particular musical peccadillo for the Welsh five-piece.

The activities are part of the celebrations around the release of the band's 'Songbook - The Singles Volume One' collection, which will be released on October 4th. The LP will be preceeded on September 27th by the release of a special edition, 20-minute live version of the band's cult single 'The Man Don't Give A Fuck'.
