The gig takes place at a so-far unnamed venue in Leeds on September 22. The band are asking fans to turn up in fancy dress for what Danny is calling The Big One.
Embrace embark on a full UK tour in October.
McNamara told the official Embrace website the group's tour plans mean the secret Leeds gig could be the group's last for a while. "This one is going to be the big one. It's also probably going to be the last one for a while as we are going to be on tour for the rest of the year.
"I'm not going to spoil the surprises we've got in store so I won't say any more except that we would like you to wear fancy dress. There will be a golden ticket for the most imaginative costume, and bring some sunflowers."
Embrace's new album, 'If You've Never Been', is released on September 3rd.
