Scout Niblett is much better than Scouting for Girls. Perhaps because she is a girl. She's also coming over here to play some shows this autumn.
The first appearance comes down in Dorset, for the End of The Road Festival. Then it's a return to the dark days of winter, and queues outside grotty, dank clubs being glared at by hench, mute bouncers. Can't wait.

In a recent blog posting, Niblett - real name Emma Louise - revealed how she was almost killed by a shed.
"driving from new orleans to atlanta. a shed the size of a small house on the back of a truck dislodged itself from its ropes and fell off the back of the truck onto the highway and span out in my direction. i swerved and closely missed it by inches. phew!"
