The most enjoyable band you could go to see in the last 18 months, Hot Chip, are offering a free track from their forthcoming album.

The song is from their as yet untitled third album, which is to be released next year.
Posting on their website recently, band man Joe Goddard said;
"We are currently mixing our next album and it will be released by DFA/EMI in February 2008. Most people who have heard it say it is pretty good. There are highs, lows and some in the middle bits on it and it features a variety of musical styles."
Earlier this month, Hot Chip released a limited edition 12" of 'Shake A Fist', a song they've been playing out live for some time. Listen to that here.
In extra-extra HC news, the quintet recently remixed 'Aerodynamik' / 'La Forme' by Kraftwerk. You can hear them on the Kraftwerk MySpace. Which seems to be broken right now. Das Kaput. You can buy them though. On CD, vinyl and electro-node formats.
NB: We don't know why a fifth member of Hot Chip is missing from the photo above. Sorry, Chip fans.
