Toploader's Dan Hipgrave has publicly 'threatened to fight' Shed 7's Rick Witter after insults were traded during a recent gig at Edinburgh's Commercial Quay. Rick Witter has now threatened to headbutt Dan Hipgrave for every chime of the clock's 12 bells in response to the alleged calling of Shed 7 "arrogant" and "crap"
As he told the Edinburgh Evening News: "I'll just butt him in the face for every chime"
Both bands are performing at Leith's Hogmanay Concert in Edinburgh on New Year's Eve, with Shed 7 scheduled to play immediately before Toploader at the midnight event.
