RATM confirm themselves, The Verve, Kings of Leon and REM for T in the Park 2008
TheBoyDeadly by TheBoyDeadly February 15th, 2008

Constantly struggling against the man, even when he comes in the form of a beverage-sponsored rock festival, Rage Against the Machine have leaked the line-up for this year’s T in the Park.

Which many lead you to believe that the band themselves are playing – and you would be, of course, right; Morello, de la Rocha et al. headlining Saturday alongside the Verve (Fri), R.E.M. (Sun) and Kings of Leon, which to Drowned in Sound’s ears make four, though there remains the possibilities that a) this line-up is wrong; and b) RATM have self-promoted themselves to ‘top billing’ before leaking the line-up and adding in the likes of Amy Winehouse and Jack Penate through malice.

It’s hard to say, but if all we have is conjecture then conject (?) we will – the Prodigy! Stereophonics… Hot Chip!

The lot, below:

The Fratellis
Kaiser Chiefs
Chemical Brothers
The Kooks
