Extra testicle? Kasabian say alien has ‘massive cock’
TheBoyDeadly by TheBoyDeadly April 24th, 2008

Ever wondered what Kasabian’s Tom Meighan gets up to in his spare time, aside from nailing hot rock WAGS, planning his band’s next spectacular live set and listening to XTRMNTR? Turns out he gets crunk with E.T. and tells lad mags about the time the alien and him compared the size of their glad glands.

Talking to Loaded, Meighan detailed the extent of an obsession with Steven Spielberg’s 1982 film classic that saw him invest £10,000 in the bike from one of the picture’s most famous scenes.

"I’m obsessed with E.T.,” the frontman began. “I love the film so much, even talking about it makes me want to cry."

Sorrow sob? Or just the type of tears that come when you’re uncontrollably enthused about something? We’re not sure, but – incredibly – Meighan also likes baths.

"We're always going to Lush. I like the soaps, delicious lemon smelling soaps. And I make sure there’s hot water in, every day, so I can have a nice bath."

Bored. Talk more about E.T.

"The only time I believe in E.T. is when I stand there and I’m really out of my mind and I’ve got a statue of him, a rubber thing.

“It’s a 4ft fuckin’ E.T. living in my house.

“When I’m not really with it I start talking to it and that’s the only time I really believe he’s alive. He’s got a massive cock."
