Polymath-rock: arts, film and music extravaganza comes to Nottingham
domgourlay by Dom Gourlay April 30th, 2008

This Saturday (May 3rd) sees a brand new event make its debut in the good city of Nottingham. The Polymath Live Extravaganza opens its doors at 7pm in the Nottingham Arts Theatre where experimentalists The Dust Collectors and Polymath will provide the sounds, along with Vonnegut's Girls' premiere of their new music and dance composition 'Not Amalgam Virgo', where the instrumentation is said to involve "the ripping up of various bits of paper." Right.

Completing the line-up are the visual images of Lateral Lines and Nottingham art collective the Mischief Makers.

For more information on the event, visit the website, or alternatively, go to the Nottingham Arts Theatre page to find out more about this and other highly innovative activities.
