If you don't have a ticket but wish to see the Festival, you will be able to watch it on BBC TV.
The bill is still to be confirmed, officially at least, so far The White Stripes, The Strokes, Pink Floyd, The Rolling Stones, Coldplay, Rod Stewart, The Misfits and various others have been rumoured as featuring in the line-up, when it's all officially offical, hear it first here.
If you don't have a ticket for this year, stay away. With the new security measures 'including a new fence - higher, with overhangs, no bolts to undo, and a built-in 9 foot roadway [so there's no way under]' there will be no way in anyway. But lots of people turning up on the off-chance will "put the UK's best event at risk. If you stay away, you can come next year!"
