Play your food: Japanese blogger makes edible albums
sean by Sean Adams September 8th, 2008

Albums you can nom-nom-nom...

The web is full of weird and wonderful things and this morning Boing Boing, have brought to our attention a fascinating/stalkerishly scary blog of record covers made out of seaweed, sour plum, cabbage, ham, fish cakes, paprika, rice and more.

Japanese designer, DJ and food enthusiast turned blogger started The Jacket Lunch Box blog as a place to share their hobby. Doing exactly what your mother told you not to do, they, whoever these people are, make album covers out of food. There are some videos showing you how it was done but we're sure the site will get shut down when Metallica see this:

DiScuss: what's the best thing you've ever made out of food? Whatever next, pizza versions of seminal photos? Kurt Cobain made out of spaghetti? Found any blogs like this?_
