Wild Beasts: Touring in the Autumn
JoeDiddly by Luke Slater June 12th, 2009

Wild Beasts are going to do the decent thing and continue to tour the country in support of their second full-length, Two Dancers.

The tour is nine dates long. This is the part where all Wild Beasts fans get moderately excited. Did I mention Kendal mint cake?

Here it is:

September 30 - Edinburgh - Cabaret Voltaire
October 1 – Leeds - Cockpit
October 2 - Nottingham - Bodega
October 3 - Bristol - Thekla
October 4 - Birmingham - Hare and Hounds
October 5 – Brighton - Hanbury Ballroom
October 7 - Oxford - Academy 2
October 8 – London - Garage
October 9 – Manchester - Academy 3

Yes, that does say London Garage - it's re-opening this summer. June 26 to be precise. Lovely stuff.

As well as the NEW dates, there's also some old ones, Summer ones, not Autumn ones.

Here they are:

July 10 – Canterbury – Lounge On The Farm
July 11 – Ireland – Oxegen Festival – Pet Sounds Arena
July 18 – Cheltenham - 2000 Trees Festival
July 19 – Latitude Festival, Suffolk
July 25 – Truck Festival - Oxfordshire
July 26 - Dorset – Camp Bestival
August 6 – London – Hoxton Hall SOLD OUT
August 8 – Ilkley - Moor Festival

'Hooting & Howling' is released on July 20 through Domino. Album Two Dancers is released on August 3 through the very same label.
