The Antlers' record from last year, Hospice, didn't quite make it into our Top 50 albums of 2009 but it certainly wasn't a million miles away. Defo top 60. Which is something. We gave the record 8/10 when it was first reviewed, back in October, and then added it to our Lost 9 of 2009, retrospectively, and most deservingly.

It didn't strike us as the most obvious choice for a remix or two, but Buffetlibre (those spangly guys pictured below, Marc and Miguel) have done just that, for single and track seven (ironically) on the record, 'Two'.

It's quite tinkly anyway, but what Buffetlibre have done is made it more tinkly, in a slightly more urgent, '80s way. They've almost purified it, in many ways. These are all good things, though.
