Watch: Laura Marling performs two new songs on NY radio station
JoeDiddly by Luke Slater May 20th, 2010

That Laura Marling is in danger of being too productive. Already two fine, fine records under her belt (the better of which being her latest, I Speak Because I Can. Later in the year she's releasing her third full-length record, after previewing (presumably) some of the newer material on her recent tour dates. From what I've heard (a couple of times) it may contain some of her greatest work yet.

She's currently touring the US and she popped into New York radio station WYNC to perform a couple of new tracks, one called 'Rest In The Bed' and the other named 'Don't Ask Me Why'. You can watch both of them below. Rousing stuff.

Laura may be in the US at the moment, but there are a few festival appearances in the UK coming up including Glastonbury, Hop Farm, Hay and Latitude as well as a solo headline show as part of London's Serpentine Sessions in Hyde Park. That takes place on July 1.
