The band spent the summer locked away in a studio in Waterloo, and the result is '8th Day' (out on the 3rd of November), a single that should build upon the reputation earned by their last effort, 'Clap Clap Clap', which had reviewers drawing comparisons with Prince, Brian Wilson, and, erm, The Monkees actually.
