Moody, who walked out on his band midway through their European tour at the tail end of last year without so much as a goodbye to co-founder Amy Lee, co-wrote all of Evanescence's 'Fallen' album. Whilst that claim to fame would have most people baying for his blood, Avril's people seem keen to employ his services.
Amy Lee has since claimed that the band will continue without Moody, and will record demos for their next album throughout 2004.
