CHARTS! Keane, Ash, etc etc
shadyadie by [redacted] May 10th, 2004
Salutations. This article is dedicated to 'evilelvis'.

Eamon refuses to budge from the top of the UK singles chart this week. The highest new entry is Christina Milian at 2 with 'Dip It Low'. Natasha Bedingfield's 'Single' is at 3 and Keane get another big hit at 4 with 'Everybody's Changing' (while their previous single is still hiding lower down at 72). Oh and The Rasmus are still in the Top 10, should you care.

Ash stumble at 13, which is a bit of a shame really but there you go. Gunther & The Sunshine Girls are one below with 'Ding Dong Song', which I haven't heard but I'm sure it's fantastic. In any case, they're higher than Lostprophets (18), Gabrielle (20) and Graham Coxon (22).

I hadn't realised British Telecom were collaborating with pop stars but Tiesto Ft BT are 30 with 'Love Comes Again'. Auf Der Maur is at 33 with the utterly average 'Real A Lie'. In other rawkkkk entries, Von Bondies just miss the Top 40, coz they're at 43, you see?

Oooooh but Bloc Party's 'Banquet' enters at 51. As it was limited to 3,000 copies, expect to see it sink like a stone. Their next single is to be 'Little Thoughts' and it's a real belter, so it is. *gets very excited*

This week's losers are Him, who plummet from 9 to 23. :-P

The only new entry in the album chart Top 10 is The Who! 'Then And Now' goes in at 5. Pixies best-of album stalls at 16. There are no other new entries in the Top 40. Hmmmm.
