Since appearing on both XFM's Xposure show and in session on 6Music earlier this year momentum behind Kaputt has been slowly growing. Their female fronted Pixies meets Sonic Youth sound comes to Catch the week following another session for 6Music in Manchester. Supporting are Bristol based Circus of Invention, whose collision of rock and garage band funk sounds like The Hives if they knew how to dance. Dirty Fingernails open the show, a brother/sister duo who've travelled from the wilds of Finland to live in Finsbury Park and make fuzzy garage pop backed by cheap drum machines. Not to be missed!
