After a long, cold, depressing and boring Winter, things are looking up once again. We got quite a few UK dates lined up, South By Southwest 2009 appearances and even a Canada tour date in the pipeline!

SOUTH BY SOUTHWEST 2009!

- Thursday, March 19th: Dirtblonde DJ Set, Alternative Press VIP Cocktail Party @ Terrace 59 (rooftop above the Speakeasy, 4pm-7pm, 412 D. Congress Ave. )
- Saturday, March 21st: Dirtblonde’s South By Southwest official showcase gig @ Emo’s Annex, onstage 9pm (w/ Enter Shikari, Hot Leg + more) 600 Red River St, Austin TX.

The Alternative Press party (hosted by the Alternative Press magazine) is usually one of the most popular daytime events at SXSW, and few British bands are ever asked to participate (such as The Horrors a couple years ago)! Last year, Does It Offend You, Yeah? were on DJ duties. At SXSW 2009, it’s Dirtblonde’s turn! Crazy...
