Looking for people to work with on a music website

A site simple, quick and easy website dedicated to connecting bands with promoters and venues in their local area.
The website generates significant traffic at the moment, but I'm looking to take it up a notch.
Ideally I'm looking to get a blog section up and running dedicated soley to the live music scene around the UK. Focusing on music industry businesses, ideas for gigging bands and other things.
If anyone has any ideas or would be interested in getting involed in something like this, please drop me a line.
