STILL CORNERS live
Still Corners write dreamy noir-pop love songs, full of swirling organ, wintry vocals, and big drums. Like the smudged dreamy sound of Beach House or the sixties ghost-film soundtracks of Broadcast, all given a sepia-tinged church-like makeover. It’s celestial pop music that floats along with breathy female vocals, vintage organ and ends with the entry of some shadowy shoegazey guitars. It's really very lovely.

"a gorgeous, swirling dream-gaze gem" - Gorilla vs Bear

"If you were to assemble a bunch of tracks to give indie a good name, like a latterday C81 or C86, now would be the time to do it. And right at the start of that compilation – let's call it i2010 – should be Still Corners." - The Guardian

"When someone’s making music as eerily beautiful as this, it’s only a matter of time before the hype machine starts to click into gear" - TLOBF

"Switching between melancholic organ and passionate solos at the flick of a fringe, these London wallflowers are back hanging around in the darkest edges of venues" - Neu Magazine

FANZINE Live
London band Fanzine are very simple and very complicated at the same time, they manage to be both very ‘now’ and yet delightfully classic. Straddling the distorted guitar/thumping drum aesthetics of 90s indie rock with a smattering of lo-fi garage and keeping their tongues firmly in cheek, their catchy songs are the perfect accompaniment to that feeling of communal happiness that overcomes London when the sun graces us with its presence.

CITIZENS OF THE UNIVERSE live
Citizens of the Universe are not for the emotionally numb. With haunting soul blues vocals laid over simple but effective pop melodies, Shirani Bolle and Ernesto Lisabetta deliver beautiful truth-telling tales that command your attention.
