"Absent Kelly Presents" visits Scala for the first time bringing a line up guaranteed to make all others pale in comparison. The guys in the team have scratched backs, pulled strings and fiddled with knobs to bring some of the most respected names in British music as well as some of the most exciting rising acts in the UK.

Pete and the Pirates come aboard playing their first live London date after touring Europe, bringing their ..."perfect pop without the pretence" (NME) to the main stage of Scala. The guys who have supported bands from Maximo Park to Vampire Weekend take to headlining tonight. Signed to Stolen Records and sharing the management of heavy weights Gorillaz and Morcheeba - the music press golden boys are looking unstoppable!

As well as this we have been lucky enough to secure a DJ set from none other than Bloc Party. And we also give you a chance to see Russell Lissack DJ with his new side project Co-Pilots!

As if the line up wasn’t star studded enough, Orlando and Felix of The Maccabees will be showing their faces and spinning a few of their favourite tunes for us ....

On top of this we have searched far and wide hand picking some of the most exciting up and coming live bands and DJ acts in support, including the incredible Neon Highwire whose video for Bear At The Bus Stop is a current Youtube smash.
