Hello there

I'm in a band called Plus; we're a bit hard to define - you can go here if you want, but we don't use it much www.myspace.com/mmmplus - and consequently over the years have tended to not get booked much! We decided a few years ago to start running nights in Kings Croos where we basically 'curated' fairly eclectic nights, featuring noise artists with classical guitarists, mad rock acts, singer songwriters, all seemed to go down well.

This last year we've done a couple at the Latest Music Bar in Brighton, and are setting one up for March; we've got a couple of acts, a dj, and a poet to introduce them, and are looking for one more. If you're in a Brighton band, are into everybody getting together and having a good time even if they're not all from the same musical background (that's the fun of it!)then drop me a line on john_riches2@yahoo.co.uk. (There's no upfront payment, but we share equally whatever we get on the door, so it's incumbent upon all of us to try and make it work, and get people in.)
