STANDARD FARE
Originally from the rural North, the three members of Standard Fare are now based in Sheffield, from where they produce freewheeling, autobiographical indiepop (though never twee) music. Jangly, Lemonheads-esque guitars, bittersweet, swooping twin vocals, and Orange Juice rhythms all came together on last year's 'The Noyelle Beat' to make make one of the freshest, most unadulterated bits of British guitar music of the last few years.

THE PUNCTURE REPAIR KIT
The Puncture Repair Kit are a pop band swinging precariously on a folky branch of the indie tree. The six piece, based in Cambridge and London, play joyous, inventive, orchestral pop music, giving nods to the likes of The Delgados, Arcade Fire and Belle & Sebastian. Since beginning in Cambridge in 2007 The PRK have played to appreciative audiences around the country and in 2009 self released an EP “The Sinking of the PRK’ to critical acclaim.

MODEL VILLAGE
Model Village are London & Cambridge's #1 success-free supergroup. They were formed in 2008 by people who are, or have been, in Econoline, Fuzzy Lights, Slowgun, Hidden Messages, Hey Colossus, EYE HAI, Jet Johnson, etc. but manage to sound like none these. Instead they're attempting to perfect pop music suitable for grown-ups, combining their love of jangly pop like Camera Obscura, the darker side of folk as exemplified by Nina Nastasia and the slick sounds of 'Rumours'-era Fleetwood Mac.
