Tickets are very limited and are likely to sell out. Booking in advance is advised.

DARREN HAYMAN
Darren Hayman plays a rare intimate solo show at the piano to promote The Ships's Piano album. Best known for his time fronting John Peel favourites Hefner, Hayman will be playing songs throughout his career from Hefner through to his landmark album Essex Arms and his January Songs project. The Ship’s Piano is a subtle, drifting album of piano ballads written for people recovering from head injuries. The songs are pleas for calm, for small, quiet things which we hope to recreate at these special one-off shows.

“Darren Hayman is London's laureate of sexual dysfunction, discomfort, and dog-eared under-achievement. The match of Ray Davies, or any of the quintessentially English masters.” The Guardian

DAVID TATTERSALL
The Wave Pictures frontman David Tattersall will be playing acoustically for one night only. On the back of his critically acclaim debut LP Happy For a While, Tattersall continues to sparkle in his own right from collaborating with Herman Dune, Jeffrey Lewis and more recently Howard Hughes whose songs follow a familiar path to their day work with them drawing influences from Americana, folk and rock.

“Lyrically, The Wave Pictures turn on a dime. They can zip from richly observed into amusingly confessional into a Lewis Carroll flight of fancy.” NME

THE UNDERSTUDIES
The Understudies continue their fine reputation as not only an enthralling electric live band but also acoustically. This year they have provided standout sets at London Popfest and at Indietracks festival. With a devoted following in Spain they standout uniquely in London’s indiepop music scene. Their breakthrough single “Everyone Deserves At Least One Summer of Love” is available now from Odd Box Records.

“They make the kind of dreamy indiepop that Felt peddled in their prime, tinged with a caustic wit last seen dribbling from Luke Haines' mouth." Last.fm
