Rehearsal room share available in Manor House. 2 sessions a week (11am - 11pm)

Would suit a 3 or 4 piece band.

The room is situated in a warehouse in Manor House, 10 minutes walk from the tube and 5 minutes walk from Haringey Green Lanes Overground.

The warehouse has about 20 other bands in there with onsite caretaker and people living in the warehouse so there's always people around is very secure. We have two doors with locks, front door of the warehouse has a combination lock and access to the complex has electronic gating system. CCTV also at front of the building. We have a window in the room with metal bars in the middle (double windowed).

We're prepared to share equipment, we have two guitar amps, a mesa boogie heartbreaker combo and a fender devilled 2x12. There's an ashdown mag 300 bass amp, a drum kit and PA. You would of course need to bring your own guitars/drum breakables.

There is overhead storage too with lots of space available. An old band used to store their drum kit in up there.

Music must stop at 11pm as this is within a residential building. You'll get 2 sessions a week, we're very flexible. Some equipment will be removed when we play shows but always gets put back that night.

The space is £200 per month, which works out to £25 a session, great value compared to normal rehearsal spaces!
