Fugitives & Refugees is a club night run by Hope Of The States and Type2error. It is the last Friday of every month at the Buffalo Bar next to Higbury & Islington tube. Please feel free to come down and get drunk with us and dance stupidly.

This Month we shall be joined by the following beautiful people:

Komakino - Old friends, legends in the making, sweethearts, clever dear gentlemen, handsome dandies and one of the greatest bands the silly old hope of thee states have ever had the opportunity to share a stage with. Many of ye know them, many more shall do in days to come. An honour to have them grace our peculiar soiree....

Tired Irie - A kindly wee soul with infinitely superior musick taste to both you and us shall be releasing their debut rackets in the near future. They are the sound of troubled bones sparking and true honest hearts breaking in a shower of fireworks or perhaps one less drunken and poetic/criptik soul might just tell ye that they are truly truly special and you should see 'em do their proverbial thing.

Delorentos- A band a couple of us were lucky enough to see in full flight in the old homeland of Ireland in recent days gone. They are the angles, the lines, the buzz and the hum of what a band should be in these heady overtheetop times. True gentlemen to fall in love with if our deranged perception is to be trusted too!

DJ's this month will include the usually shambolic Hope of the States, Type2error and Union Fires sets, along with DJ's from Dirty Pretty Things ( the club not the band) and probably the brilliant Idiot Green Boys . See ya there and buy me a drink.
