hey technical folk,

i thought my PMs were broken but it turns out they're only broken when attempting to send to one particular person. i get the life raft of doom. it could be for more people, i don't know, haven't checked extensively, but i do know PMs are working between me and at least some people.

is this a known thing, maybe happening to anyone else?
