Compilation Album

StephenTough [Edit] [Delete] 12:35, 20 July '06

I've just posted this on the announcements forum, but as i rarely see any activity on there and to be honest, dont really read it myself as a result, i thought it might be an idea to post it on here. Also, there are loads of bands on the compilation that DiS have shown love for in the past, some of which i only heard through DiS, so i think a bit of spamming is warranted...

Tough Love is celebrating its first birthday this month and to mark the occassion, we're releasing our first compilation CD. The tracklisting is as follows:

Das Wanderlust - Apples (live)
Smokers Die Younger - Kermit Song
Camp Actor - Get Hold of This
Circus of Death - Stop/Start Again
Honeytrap - MSN Stole My Girlfriend
Dead! Dead! Dead! - The Mightiest Melodrama of Them All
Little Death - Bikini
Chaos Emeralds - Furious Trims, Unhappy Haircuts
Popular Workshop - Son of a Dog
William - Whoreditch
Pictures Paint Words - Grandfather Clock
Don’t Move - Roomful of Tears
The Tacticians - London ’s Alright
MisterLee - Magnesium Horses
Souvaris - A Summer Spent Observing Green Leaves (MATHMIX)
FLIPRON - The Vicious Car and Love Poem
The Twilight Sad - Untitled 6
Korova - Bad Poetry
The Sequins - The French Way of Life

You can pre-order the CD now from our website www.toughloverecords.com for the bargain price of £4 plus p&p. As Tough Love now has a distribution deal with Cargo, the record will be getting a national release and will be available from all record stores. If it's not in stock, they can order it. Same apllies to Amazon. It is officially released on Monday 31st July.

Thanks to everyone that has supported us over the last year, be it through buying records, coming to gigs or just saying nice things. Looks like everythings moving up a gear again, so we hope the next years as good as the first.

Tough Love xx
