So I click on YouTube's most recently top-rated, hoping for some amusement and funny stuff, or, god forbid, a good band, and this appears:

I'm really sorry to inflict you all with it, but I'd like to know what the hell is going on. How does something like that get in the 'top rated'? If you'd set fire to his hat and made him serve tea to OAPs naked while singing 'you can't touch this' simultaneously - maybe it would be worthy of a top rating.
