last night our wonderful band Howling Bells were unloading their van to check into their digs in Manchester and a small bag containing a large amount of cash, all the tour accounts and reciepts, personal money, australian dollars and personal hi fi's and passport belonging to Glenn, the Bells' drummer was stolen from the drive where the band were making trips into the house. All the bands' tour money gone, glenn's own personal savings, plus a load of aussie cash and his only way out of the country to play in France next week, all gone. To say that he is distraught does not cover it i am afraid. He is in a real state about it and i think we would all feel the same.

PLEASE if any of you see Glenn in the next few days please give him a hug and if any of you dont have the album yet, please buy a cd off them and a tshirt too as every few quid in their pockets will help him recover a bit.

we all know how awful it is to have stuff nicked but when it is not just your own stuff it feels even worse..
