right, some bands you love your whole life, through good times and bad - it's like a marriage.

But there are some bands that, for a short while, you thought you loved passionately. Telling everyone you could about them, spending all your time listening to them and watching them. However, after a while, the feelings wore off, and you realised it was only a short-term passionate fling. Now, you look back on them, and you feel a mixture of nostalgia, embarassment, a flicker of that lust again, and maybe even a bit of love.
