This infuriated me greatly yesterday. Nowhere in this piece does Tom Cox actually give an opinion on the <i>music</i> apart from to call Lithium 'one of the most irritating songs ever written'. He basically creates an argument without commenting on anything to do with the album at all. No mention of production values, which are usually to blame for an album sounding 'dated'. I'm not a massive Nirvana fan, but I still think this album stands up pretty well 15 years on.
