I've usually been of the opinion that NME are mainstream claiming to be indie and bought by ignorants. However I bought it today because of the 'new rave' CD on the front and had a flick through. i was suprised to find some interesting articles, gig listings for almost all the things i'm going to up until dec and some pretty pictures.

why is it universally disliked?
