My Two JAGs

Thought_Dreams [Edit] [Delete] 22:54, 11 October '06

Go Native! is back. After some stellar shows last year from Mount Eerie, Chris Corsano, Help She Can't Swim and loads more we're back with cut price independant live music!!!

First is LEGENDARY guitarist Sir Richard Bishop. He plays weird gypsy ditties, india ragas and tender finger picked tunes, with astounding technical ability. So:

Sir Richard Bishop
13 October - 1pm - £3
LSE Shaw Library.

Second is The Rebel + Gay Against You + Shimmy Rivers. The Rebel is a husband and wife drums'n'guitar/synth duo. They play filthy lo-fi songs with amazing deadpan lyrics. One of them's also in the Country Teasers. Yes.

We've spent loads of money on extra props for GAY's set just to make it even more fun than usual. So:

The Rebel + GAY + Shimmy Rivers
Thursday 19th Oct - 8pm - £4
LSE Quad

Come. Get drunk on cheap drinks (£1.80 a pint, I beleive). Dance.
