is not very good. now i love dylan laods, but why oh WHY must the observer et al go on about "returns to form" and stuff, when clearly its just a bit rubbish (if nicely played and produced). just because he's playing blues doesnt make it good.

this applies to a lot of older artists i think. will you be buying the whos latest album? thought not. how about the rolling stones one? best since exile on main street?
