...pronounced 'Haterock'. I saw this lot a couple of weeks ago, and went on about them to anyone who would listen. Melbourne trio who're based in Berlin... think Nick Cave, PJ Harvey, the Cure, bits and pieces of Depeche Mode... live they're disturbingly loud, and very hypnotic. Bought their new record on the merch stall, and it hasn't left my stereo since; it's completely compelling.
