I was meant to see him playing tonight, although a despondant friend requesting an ear and some sympathay prevented me going at last minute. I saw Frank outside the venue, and he said that he'd even dedicate a song to me albeit I wouldn't be present.

Perhaps I'm over-analysing the situation, but really, since the first time I saw him in Million Dead, Mr. Turner is quite frankly a fucking top guy; intelligent, good-natured and interesting. Long may he continue making excellent music.
