I don't suppose anyone is guitar geeky enough to know how to play Embassy Row from Brighten The Corners are they?

I'm playing it in normal tuning (well a semitone down) but it simply doesnt sound right. I'm not even asking people how Malkmus actually plays it, rather, how to play it so it sounds better in normal tuning than what I've currently got ...

Intro : noodle noodle

Verse : C5, A5, B5, A5 x whatever

Chorus : G5, A5, G5, E5 (up the guitar) x3 ... E5, D5, F5 - F5, D5, E5 - E5, D5, F5 - F5, D5, A5

etc

It kinda works but doesnt sound right.

I'm not expecting any help here...
