Fucking hell. FUCKING HELL.

Quite simply my favourite live act of the year. I was looking forward to it a lot, so they had quite a bit to do to live up to the expectations I'd built up, but they more than lived up to it.

No messing around, just tore through a non-stop pile of great, great songs. Lots of stuff from the first album which sounded a lot beefier than on record, and a lot of new stuff. The new album, based on what they played last night, sounds like it's pretty damn cool. I can't wait to get home and play it tonight.

I know some people think they're not as good now, as the first album was so raw and they are *slightly* more polished now, but I think it still sounds unmistakeably them, and unmistakeably ace.

His voice sounded amazing as well.
