Bought both albums last week after hearing Truck On and Average Man for the first time, think he's fantastic! The Beck comparisons are inevitable, and while I havent heard much of Beck, both SK1 and SK2 are better than Guero and the Information - I cant comment on any more as I havent heard older Beck.

Why doesnt Simple Kid receive so much exposure and attention as Beck, when his material has arguably better than anything Beck has produced in the last few years?
