Let me explain the set up.

I created an enclosed square 'arena'
one side was the screen from my laptop
one side was my bedroom wall
two sides were my legs, I knelt sat on my feet on the floor with my legs making a right angle.
The laptops keyboard formed half of the 'arena's floor.

I placed DEATHBUS at the ready and played 'A Forest' by the Cure on the laptop.
