A Story
A certain A&R person at a certain Major (perhaps the biggest one in the UNIVERSE-clue) managed to commit social suicide recently at a gig hosted by her company by doing the following;
Led Zep's 'Whole Lotta Love' was played by the DJ in between bands and a few people started rocking out politely and saying things like 'yeah' and 'classic' - at which point certain A&R person turned and said "What's this tune?"
REALLY !!! This happened and I still can't quite believe it - to think, we nearly put pen to paper with this person.
