A jazzy/post-rock/instrumental bass and drums duo from Ireland, who recorded 5 original compositions and sent them out to a bunch of admired musicians in the hope they'd add their own ideas and send them back. I just stumbled across it in the local indie store and bought it on the strength of it's packaging and artwork. It's only when i got home and did a bit of googling into the band themselves i realised i'd found a pretty gem. I love it when this happens.

The album consists of 2 CD's, the first being the 5 original songs the duo recorded and the second being the results of the collaborations.

Collaborators include Ian Williams (Don Cab/Battles/Storm&Stress), Ben Jacobs (Max Tundra), Agata (Melt-Banana), Luca T. Mai (Zu), and Jeff Mueller (Shipping News, June of 44, Rodan (doesn't appear on the record, but he hand-printed the packaging and sleeves and gave the whole project a big helping hand,apparently) and loads more.

It's dead interesting!
