uuurghh! I was in such a queue earlier and was sat listening to bleeding Dire Straits & Queen - eek!!

What would be your ideal relaxing Telephone Queue Music? Nothing too harsh, just nice relaxed tunes.

Also to add to it, who's voice would you have interupting the music ever 15 seconds to tell you the obvious 'you are in a queue, please continue to hold'?
