Kid A

I've just found a copy of this which is rather strange. It's my brother's and when you turn on the cd it starts with the end of a live gig, followed by fading out and then "Everything in it's right place" kicking in around 40seconds in, forcing every track back, e.g. turning to track 4 would leave you with the last 40seconds of track 3.
There are no gaps in between tracks, so effectivly the album plays normally but its just really odd.
Apprantly it was brought on the first day of release, has anyone else got one of these copies, or is every version just like this?
