Aside from the obvious 'what the fuck do Klaxons know about "important music"?', this is a stupid thing to say.

He's discounting everything that came before them as 'not as important'. Somehow, I don't think people like Neil Young, Mick Jagger, or Bob Dylan would agree.

But what do they know? They probably haven't even heard of Klaxons cos they're BORINGANDOLD.
