Although Anglo-German outfit Kaputt number The Go! Team's Silke Steidinger among their ranks, their debut single is about as far away from joyous Bollywood-style mash-ups as it's possible to be. Informed by US college rock and the maverick invention of Kims Gordon and Deal, 'Dishes' sees an angry, gloriously repetitive Sonic Youth-style intro give way to a Krautish indie romp a la Pixies and The Breeders.
