Looking at old Reading line-ups it's really hard to believe the Darkness have gone from headlining to shelf-stacking in Aldi (probably) over the course of a couple of years. Anyone know of any other bands who fell from grace alarmingly quickly? Always look out for former NME next-big-thing stars playing to 12 people in an East End pub a few months later. Oh, it'll be fun when that happens to Kasabian.
